Meetings are typically held the third Wednesday of every month at the Bob Evans in Lake Mary.
The next meeting of the HOA will be on May 16th at 7:00 pm.

What Is Going On With The Housing Market???

How is the housing market going? Is there any relief in sight? When will prices begin to go up again? Are there a lot of properties for sale right now? For more information, check out this snap shot of the health of the residential real estate market in the Orlando area.

Watering Restrictions Changed Again Nov. 6, 2011!!!

Keep in mind that the City of Lake Mary has new watering restrictions that went into effect November 6, 2011. If you need more information you can find it online. Link to Website .

    • Be ever vigilant! Keep a look out for anything suspicious and report it to the police!
    • Babysitters wanted! Contact the HOA for more info.
    • Advertise in the newsletter or on our website. Contact the HOA for details.
    • Make sure we have your E-MAIL address! Woodbridge Lakes keeps a private list for emergency notifications. Make sure we can notify you! Send us your address.
Watch out for Bikes!

Some of our neighborhood kids are still "getting their wheels".
Several of our kids are riding to and from school. Please be on the lookout and keep them safe.

Lawn Care and Pollution

Excess fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides applied to your lawn wash off and pollute our water supply. Even yard clippings and leaves can wash into the storm drains and contribute nutrients and organic matter.

Some tips from the City of Lake Mary are:

- Don't overwater, use a soaker hose

- Use chemicals sparingly. Use organics if possible.

- Compost or mulch your waste. PLEASE DO NOT push it into the street where it can go into the drains.
Pet Waste
Can be a major source of bacteria and excess nutrients in our water supply.

Some information from the City of Lake Mary:

A) Make sure you pick up after your pet when walking them (and dispose of it properly)

B) Flushing your pet waste is the best disposal method

C) Leaving it on the ground increases public health risks.
